I'm an experienced science educator with a distinct talent for coordinating school activities. As an event coordinator, I craft events that embody a school's values and culture, drawing from my deep understanding of natural ecosystems. I see schools as intricate systems, much like ecosystems, where every factor plays a role. My approach to event planning is to respect and harmonize within these unique systems. With 20 years in diverse educational settings, I bring a unique perspective to event needs. I am currently advancing through my second year of doctoral studies in the Urban Education program at the CUNY Graduate Center, with a research focus on culturally responsive schooling and climate science education. I also hold a M.A. in Secondary Science Education and a B.S. in Geology, both from the City College of New York-CUNY. Additionally, I've served as a contingent professor in the CUNY system as well as Westchester Community College-SUNY.
